20min AMRAP “WTF Wednesday”
– 20 Walking Lunges
– 10-20-30…etc. Run/Walk Strides
(at 5, 10, 15 & 20min perform 20 Push-ups)
Score= last completed round + reps. Reps are total on lunges and run strides (20 = 10 each). If you have a distance tracker, let us know how far you went! Indoor option= sub run for high knees in place.
